Inclusive Leadership: Good Managerial Practices to Address Cultural Diversity in Schools

Educational inclusion of foreign pupils has become a priority objective in recent years many countries worldwide. Attending to the cultural diversity and providing an inclusive educational response is now main goal education systems. In this context, leadership key factor for school improvement. Management teams face difficult mission responding people that make up community scenario marked by expansive increase migrant families scarcity intercultural government programmes. This article explores good management practices six early childhood primary centres Spain Chile from approach. Factors influence development process deployed carry out are examined. Through qualitative methodology, case studies were carried using interview, participant observation, document analysis as instruments. The outcomes show importance leaders promoting collaborative culture, classroom focused on knowledge capital pupils, organisational didactic strategies based recognition participation community, its commitment social justice, collaboration, shared concept inclusion. conclusions four common dimensions each country: professional participation, positive diversity.
